Muay Thai Package:
Also known as “the art of 8 limbs,” Muay Thai is a striking art that utilizes every part of the body as a weapon. In this class, you will learn the core techniques of striking, including punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch work. Muay Thai not only develops strength and power, but also develops metabolic conditioning through intense and focused training.

This package will teach you the fundamentals of deadlifts, squats, pulling & pushing movements - all 4 of these movement categories are continuous in daily life and athletics. These sessions will include anything from push ups & barbell movements, to dumbbell & kettlebells. This package is for anyone looking to improve their overall physical fitness.

Nutrition Coaching Add-On:
This add-on is available with any package purchased. You will be working with Corbin and his wife Katrina, who is a certified Nutrition Coach. This add-on includes a 40 minute virtual consultation with Corbin & Katrina to discuss your health & fitness goals, an individualized nutrition plan, and a 30 min follow up virtual call. Additional 30-min calls are able to be booked individually as well.
